Refund policy

In the event that you are not able to use a purchased product due to external factors which Sasha Riess Group, as the owner of sashariess.com, is unable influence or control, such as  difficulties in electronic traffic, you may be offered a substitute term after the temporary problem is resolved, or you may make a request for a refund, which will be processed no later than 15 days from the date it is received. This refund will be reduced to 75% of the original total sum due to administrative costs.
